Go Beyond is a program started at our Durham Branch, known initially as By Change Not Chance (BCNC), based on a Coca-Cola Bottling Company model.
We have faced a year of transition, but now is the time we go beyond ourselves, even our own mediocrity, and together lay hold of what is before us.
Our dream and desire is to evoke change and create a culture in our organization and the local community. As we transform others, we transform ourselves. In the past, we have raised money for schools, volunteered in homeless shelters, raised funds for team members in need, and provided resources to our members in their own personal transformations.
Our Go Beyond team will raise money for schools, disaster relief, fellow employees who have experienced a crisis, and provide aid to neighbors in need.

The Durham Rescue Mission was chosen as our spotlight charity one year. They were chosen for their stellar reputation and focus on the needs of the community in which we live and serve. Revco Solutions’s Go Beyond committee serves in the DRM facilities on a monthly basis.
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long, healthy lives. In 2014, Revco Solutions adopted this charity and hosted a head-shaving event to raise funds and it remains the most talked about event to date!
SAFEchild is the only child abuse prevention agency in Wake County working directly with families. SAFEchild offers parent education and support services to families to prevent abuse and neglect, and changes the long-term effects of abuse if it has occurred. Revco Solutions have supported this charity for many years and have had members of the Executive Leadership serve on their board in years past.
Wounded Warrior Project is a charity and veterans service organization that offers a variety of programs, services, and events for wounded veterans of the military actions following the events of September 11, 2001. Revco Solutions employees and management chose this charity as our spotlight charity in 2014.
In fall 2014, Revco Solutions adopted a Durham County family and provided them with a Thanksgiving meal and a very generous gift card to assist them with their financial hardship.
In 1922, the Shriners dedicated themselves to providing expert medical care for children regardless of the patients’ ability to pay. The Shrine Center in Raleigh hosts an annual Circus to help raise support to fund their mission. Revco Solutions has proudly supported the Shrine Circus for several years and donates their tickets purchased every year to employees and their families to enjoy a day at the circus.
The Opportunity International group supports local microfinance organizations that provide innovative financial solutions to empower people, create jobs, and build vibrant communities. Their products, services, and training enable clients to develop businesses, to save, and to insure against an uncertain future. They strengthen and influence value chains to benefit their clients, connect them to viable markets and drive economic progress. They create innovative partnerships to provide complementary services to their clients. We seek to impact the lives of our clients, staff, and supporters. Revco Solutions has supported this charity for several years.
The Educational Foundation, Inc., was chartered December 7, 1938, to provide assistance to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for the following: To offer financial aid to worthy young men and women seeking an education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and to support University programs by providing services and funds for the construction of facilities or purchase of equipment. Revco Solutions has supported this foundation for more than 30 years.
The mission of the AAAA is to support the United States Army Aviation Soldier and Family by providing scholarships to Active and Retired U.S. Army Soldiers’ family members. Revco Solutions supports this charity every fall by participating and sponsoring a team in their annual golf tournament.
In June 2009, the national Lung Transplant Foundation (LTF) was founded as a non-profit organization by a group of lung transplant recipients from Durham and Chapel Hill, N.C. These recipients from Duke University and UNC Hospitals realized promotion and funding of research to improve the post-lung transplant experience and long-term outcomes were severely lacking, so they created the LTF to tackle one of the most difficult and life-threatening issues facing transplant recipients: chronic rejection or bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS). Revco Solutions has proudly supported this charity for years by sponsoring and participating in their annual golf tournament.
Baptist Children’s Homes of North Carolina is committed to providing the highest quality care to the children and families they serve. A variety of placement and prevention services are available to meet the needs of the individual child and/or family. Revco Solutions proudly supports this charity.
