Mark joined Revco Solutions with 30 years of Financial and 17 years of direct industry experience; having recently served as CEO for Receivables Management Partners and Brown & Joseph.
He graduated from Butler University with honors in Finance and was nominated for the Top Student Award. He is passionate about Service in both his professional and personal life. He has served as an elder at his church and is currently having fun serving in children’s ministry and volunteering at the local food pantry.
Steve has been in the collections industry for almost 35 years, starting as a collector and moving into numerous leadership positions in the revenue cycle management industry throughout his career. Joining Revco Solutions in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the success of the entire scope of our revenue cycle management operations.
In 2016, he was inducted into Finvi’s (formerly Ontario Systems) Hall of Fame and serves as Revco’s Executive leader of our Go Beyond initiative. that encourages our team to serve beyond our four walls. For over 25 years, he has been involved in Lion’s Club International. He also serves on the board for Stay Positive, a not-for-profit organization formed to benefit individuals and their families who are undergoing treatment for cancer or other serious illnesses or hardships.
Matt joined our organization in 2022 and has served the healthcare industry for over 25 years, having previously served as CFO for Account Control Technology Holdings and its subsidiary, Convergent Revenue Cycle Management. He earned his BA in Accounting from Bradley University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Angela has over 20 years of Human Capital and Operations Leadership experience with a strong background in talent strategy, organizational development, employee relations, leadership development, and operational transformation.
Prior to joining Revco Solutions, she served as the Assistant Dean for Human Resources and Administrative Services at Duke University’s Nicholas School for the Environment. She earned her MBA from New York Institute of Technology.
Brad joined Revco Solutions in 2020. He is an accomplished and CISSP-certified IT leader who has specialized in IT security over the past 18 years. He has assisted in the development and execution of IT strategic plans for large organizations that have resulted in significant cost savings and improved IT service delivery.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Science from Capitol Technology University. In addition to his degrees and professional certifications in the IT field, Mr. Rounding was selected for, attended, and graduated from the Federal Executive Institute.
John joined Revco with 35+ years of direct industry experience. Over the past 20 years, John has led sales and marketing organizations at companies like SearchAmerica (Experian), Connance (Waystar), Avadyne Health (Meduit), and State Collection Services.
He graduated with an MBA from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BA in International Relations and Economics from the University of Minnesota.
