The pre-admission process is often not routine for hospitals and health organizations. Even when groups want to include these processes, they may not have the time or know-how to start. Hospitals usually spend a lot of money on marketing but spend far less on the customer experience. However, this is changing and becoming a priority. John shares some positive examples of these changes from some groups that are doing it right.
