Mark joined Revco Solutions with 30 years of financial and 17 years of direct industry experience; having recently served as CEO for Receivables Management Partners (RMP) and Brown & Joseph. He graduated from Butler University with honors in Finance and was nominated for the Top Student Award. He is passionate about Service in both his professional and personal life. He has served as an elder at his church and is currently having fun serving in children’s ministry and volunteering at the local food pantry.
Steve has been in the collections industry for 35 years, having begun his career in the collector’s chair. He brings nine years of experience in his capacity as COO, having successfully directed operations for multiple companies in the AR management industry. He was inducted in Ontario’s Leadership hall of fame in 2016 for leadership in the collection industry. Additionally, he has been involved in The Lion’s Club International and the Knights of Columbus for the past 25 years and currently Chairing the Zionsville Fourth of July Fireworks for the past 10 years. He has also served on the board for a not-for-profit “Stay Positive,” an organization formed to benefit individuals and their families who are undergoing treatment for cancer and other serious illnesses or hardships. Mr. Gayheart has been married for 31 years, to his wife Kathy, who share three kids – Matthew, Zachary, and Valerie, as well as a Wheaton Terrier, Josie Wales. He enjoys family cookouts, camp fires, and following his favorite teams, Notre Dame, Da bears, Blackhawks, and White Sox.
