As we close out 2025, our CEO Mark Schabel shares a powerful reflection on belief, progress, and what’s next for Revco.
As we look back on 2025, I keep coming back to the idea of belief. This was a year where we took on some very big, very meaningful projects. They were ambitious, and at times they stretched us. But we believed in the work, in our people, and in the value this effort would ultimately bring to our clients. That belief kept us moving forward, and now we can see just how far it has taken us.
The Year of Belief: What We Achieved
We made major improvements to our systems and processes this year. While the internal work was extensive, what matters most is how it benefits the organizations we serve. The changes we made will help us operate faster and smarter, and they will allow our teams to learn and perform at an even higher level. All of that adds up to a better overall experience for our clients. It strengthens the foundation for the value we want to continue creating in 2026.
Looking ahead, our focus stays the same. We want to get a little better every single day. We want to create more value and support better financial and patient experience outcomes for our clients. When you stay focused on doing the next thing well, and doing it with excellence, the bigger goals follow naturally.
The Road to ONE: Our Next Chapter
In 2026, Revco’s Word of the Year is ONE. It represents our commitment to operating as one company with one purpose and one culture. But it also speaks to something simple and important. Success comes from winning the next moment. One task. One improvement. One conversation. When you build that habit as a team, you create a culture where excellence becomes normal.
We know the healthcare industry continues to face real challenges. Patients are dealing with financial strain and rising costs. Providers are struggling with insurance denials and increased complexity. Many organizations are also navigating staffing gaps and heavy administrative burden. At Revco, we remain focused on easing those pressures. Whether that is through more flexible patient engagement, stronger insurance billing and denial management services – which has become our fastest growing service line – or solutions that reduce administrative load, our goal is to give organizations the support they need so their teams can focus on delivering exceptional care
Winning As ONE: How We Thrive Together
That is what is at the center of everything – people. The same is true here at Revco. I have always believed that when you build an environment where people can thrive, they bring their best selves into the work. They serve clients better, support each other better, and build stronger partnerships. That is the culture we are committed to building and protecting. It is the reason we will continue to attract great people and deliver great outcomes.
As we close out the year, I simply want to say thank you. Thank you to our clients for trusting us, to our partners for walking alongside us, and to our team for showing up with heart and commitment every day. We are humbled by the work we get to do and inspired by what is ahead.
Here is to finishing the year strong and creating even more value together in 2026.
Warm regards,
Mark Schabel
CEO, Revco Solutions
