We apply propensity-to-pay scoring to segment accounts based on their likelihood of resolution. Derived from a wide array of market databases and resources, along with information from our internal collection database, the Propensity Score weighs these roughly 5000 attributes to calculate this score. Ranging from 0 – 999 with the higher number indicating a high probability or payment, this Propensity Score analyzes both the likelihood of contact being made, as well as the likelihood of a payment being recovered.
