Gamification is a motivational tool that increases employee productivity and performance by inserting gameplay into the work setting. It promotes healthy competition and teamwork through the use of leaderboards, badges, points, and timers. Revco has successfully implemented gamification into our Call Center with dramatic results.

Gamification provides automated data collection that can be used to target areas in need of further training. It also provides information on which skills have been mastered and don’t require additional training. It allows trainers and employees to effectively target skills they need to hone in order to reach their goals, and prevents time wasted on areas in which employees are already proficient.
